АНОТАЦІЯ

Описано існуючі проблеми щодо відповідності вимогам у сфері кібербезпеки критичної інфраструктури України в енергетиці, перспективи впровадження NIST Cybersecurity Fra­mework та шляхи вирішення виявлених проблем. Проаналізовано та порівняно ук­раїнсь­ку законодавчу базу з європейською та американською практиками, визначено питання від­повідності вимогам законодавства різних юрисдикцій.
